Hi! Im Megan. I am a friendly, encouraging and motivating trainer, promoting a healthy but balanced lifestyle and helping people to become happier and healthier in themselves!
I want to help people put more movement into their lives, inside or outside and finding activities they love! I have been very lucky to come from an active family and grew up trying nearly every sport out there! I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I love being active, being outdoors and trying new things. For me keeping active has been such a benefit for my physical and mental health!
Like everyone though, I have times when I haven't been as active through lack of motivation, feeling stuck in a rut or being too caught up in daily life so I know how important it is to have someone to give you a push in the right direction. With my passion, drive and bubbly personality I can help you get back on track to a more motivated, positive and healthy you!
