Training with me

 

I have had a passion for the fitness industry ever since I set foot in a gym for the first time aged 16. I have effectively been my own project, which continues, however I feel the time is right to help others on their journey.  For me, training and everything that surrounds it is a simple formula made complicated by some. Set goals, train hard but smart and fuel/refuel your body with the correct nutrition.

 

As your personal trainer, I will aid you in doing just that. First and foremost, I will support you in tracking such things as food intake, water intake, alcohol intake and current exercise levels, all of which with the right advice and guidance, can make a huge difference before even setting foot in the gym.

 

On top of that I will help you to set realistic short and long term goals, then deliver high quality one to one training sessions based on these. I pride myself in delivering sessions with plenty of variety, aiming to make them enjoyable yet effective.

All the above requires motivation, discipline, commitment and knowhow, all of which I will aim to instil in you along the way.

The results and progress I have seen with my clients to date has only strengthened my belief in my ethos.
